A small family hospitality company in Split, Croatia. We host four apartments and one catamaran — personally, since 2015. That's the whole story.
We started in 2015 with a single stone apartment in Varoš. It belonged to Ana's grandmother, and instead of selling it we opened the door to travellers who wanted something quieter than a hotel. Word travelled. Guests came back. A second apartment joined, then a third.
In 2020 we launched Lady Amanda — the sea has always been the reason people come to Dalmatia, and we wanted to share it the way we sail ourselves. Slow mornings, long lunches, empty coves you have to know to find.
Today we're still a small team. Every enquiry reaches a real person. Every stay is welcomed personally. That, more than any list of amenities, is what "by grace" means.
